Join us for a new series beginning July 14th called, “Summer Blockbusters”! We will turn C3 Church into a movie theater with popcorn, candy and a Biblical message by Pastor Byron woven into a blockbuster movie!
We want to meet you! C3 Church is not an institution, it’s a movement, and we want you to be a part of it. We would love for you to plan your visit with us and we look forward to seeing you this Sunday!
We currently meet at Timber Creek High School in the Avalon Park community of Orlando, Florida. The address is 1001 Avalon Park S Blvd, Orlando, FL 32828.
What does a typical service look like?
All of our worship services have a casual and informal atmosphere. The worship and music style is engaging, exciting and meaningful. We usually have three or four songs in a service. There will also be a time in the service when someone from our Leadership Team will welcome everyone and share any helpful information. Also, each week our Pastor (or guest speaker) will share a message that will be both Biblically founded as well as relevant to our lives today. Our services are typically about 60 minutes.
What are the service times?
We offer two identical services on Sundays at 9:30 a.m. or 11:00 a.m.
What should I wear?
We are a church that wants everyone to feel welcomed and comfortable. You will find a range of styles from jeans and t-shirts, to suits and dresses. Come as you are and you will fit right in.
Can I plan my visit ahead of time?
Yes! Let us know you’re coming and we will roll out the red carpet for you! We look forward to meeting you. To plan your visit click here.
For the message each week, our Pastor (or guest speaker) will teach from the Bible. If you don’t own a Bible, and would like one, we've got you covered! You can pick up a free Bible at our Next Steps table. If you have a Bible we encourage you to bring it. Also, if you have a smart phone you can download the YouVersion app and follow the message under MORE>EVENTS>C3 CHURCH. All the verses used during the message will be there for you. You can also take notes in the app if you’d like.
Pastor Byron teaches from what is known as the New International Version Bible (NIV). If you have or prefer another version, feel free to bring it with you. The differences from version to version will typically be minor. Having an NIV will, however, make it easier to follow along when Pastor Byron reads or points out the wording in a particular verse or passage.
Can I bring coffee into the auditorium?
The answer is YES! We have coffee stations set up in the lobby for you. You can grab a cup of coffee and head into the service.
Where do my children go?
At C3 we are all about engaging kids and empowering families. All volunteers have completed national and state background checks and have been thoroughly trained. If you’d like, you can pre-regiser your child(ren) by CLICKING HERE (this will expedite your check-in process for your child(ren) on Sunday).
When you arrive on campus, head to the red GUEST SERVICES tent. Our team of dedicated volunteers will accompany you and your children to our C3 Kids Check-in area, and then to their environment.
Following that, we will walk you to the Performing Arts Center where our services are held.
Where do I go for help once I get there?
As you arrive on campus, our parking team will direct you to a parking spot. We even have VIP parking for first time guests!
From there you will go to the red GUEST SERVICES tent located at the entrance. Our team of knowledgeable and helpful volunteers will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have.
Does C3 offer Small Groups?
Yes. We call them Community Groups. These groups are a great way to connect with others and build relationships. Our groups meet off campus throughout the week. To learn more about Community Groups and how you can be a part of one, CLICK HERE.
Do I have to believe in Jesus or be a Christian to attend C3?
Everyone is welcome at C3. We invite you to try it once and discover the C3 difference for yourself!
There are many people who attend C3 who are exploring their faith. They find that C3 is a place where they are welcomed and can belong before they believe.
How does C3 serve the community?
C3 stands for "Connecting the Community with Christ." Sunday mornings are a huge part of that, but our impact goes far beyond one day of the week. C3 is passionate about serving others and together we have made a difference in thousands of lives and brought hope to many.
Here are just a few examples:
Provided over 300,000 meals to people in need.
Adopted the Acrejah Orphanage in Haiti where we provide all meals, school curriculum and basic necessities.
Provided hundreds of backpacks filled with school supplies for children in need in Central Florida.
Paid off over $250,000 in medical debt for veterans of the United States Military.
Partnered with organizations like A21, Blood:Water, 2nd Harvest Food Bank, Feeding Children Everywhere, Diaper Bank of Central Florida, America’s Mighty Warriors and many more.
Will C3 always be portable or will the Church have a permanent campus at some point?
While we love what God’s doing in and through C3 while we meet at Timber Creek High School, we are preparing for what He has next for us. Our Leadership Team is currently exploring options for a future, more permanent location. Pastor Byron has shared that the next step for C3 is to either lease or buy permanent space. These are exciting days at C3 and we can’t wait to see what door God opens for our next season of ministry. If you would like more information about our next step, CLICK HERE.
Do you have anything for middle school and high school students during the week?
Yes! C3 Students meets Wednesdays and is a great way for students to connect with their peers whether they have been before or are brand new! To learn more about C3 Students and the time and place where we meet, CLICK HERE.
